Kreativa Group, a boutique creative and marketing agency based in Los Angeles and Miami, is seeking a motivated and data-driven Growth Marketer to join our team. The ideal candidate will will have a passion for all things digital marketing, a knack for identifying growth opportunities, and the expertise to implement strategies that enhance client revenue, brand reach and impact, and hit specific return on ad spend (ROAS) goals. This role requires collaboration with both our creative and marketing teams to devise, execute, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results and align with Kreativa Group's vision of excellence. This is a 1099 contract position.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and optimize paid media (SEM, paid social, display advertising, retargeting) campaigns for up to 3 to 5 client accounts
Develop and execute innovative growth marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify new growth opportunities
Work to optimize campaigns and improve ROI through A/B testing and data analytics
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing campaigns are visually compelling and aligned with strategic objectives
Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Stay updated with the latest in marketing technologies and growth techniques to keep Kreativa Group ahead of the curve
Qualifications:
US based candidates only, we prefer candidates in Los Angeles, CA
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing
Proven track record of implementing successful growth strategies and achieving marketing goals
Proficiency in the various ad platforms, specifically Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Amazon Ads, Criteo
Proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, SEMrush)
Strong analytical skills with an ability to make data driven decisions
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team setting
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
