We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer with 2–4 years of professional experience to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a designer who is confident producing high-quality drawing sets, enjoys working through technical details, and is ready to take on increasing responsibility within a small, collaborative studio environment.

You will work closely with project architects and principals across multiple phases of design and documentation, contributing to projects from early design through construction.

What You’ll Do

Develop design and construction drawings in Revit and AutoCAD

Assist in preparing full drawing sets for permit and construction

Coordinate with consultants and internal team members

Participate in design development, detailing, and documentation

Support project teams through construction administration as needed

Help maintain drawing standards and project organization

What We’re Looking For

2–4 years of professional experience in an architecture firm

Strong proficiency in Revit

Solid understanding of construction documentation

Ability to work on multiple projects and deadlines

Strong organizational and communication skills

A proactive, detail-oriented mindset

Bonus (Highly Valued)

Experience working on projects requiring

DSA review and approval

Experience with public or educational projects

Construction administration experience

Previous experience interacting directly with Clients
