R0032839It's fun to work at a company where people truly believe in what they are doing!**Job Description:**# **Job Summary**This position partners with business, sales, and service leaders to define messaging and go-to-market strategy for Epiq Information Governance Solutions, with a special emphasis on partnership marketing with Microsoft. The role collaborates closely with the Events, Identity Marketing, and Marketing for Sales teams to deliver impactful campaigns and initiatives.**Responsibilities*** Define Information Governance marketing strategy and objectives to increase brand awareness, drive thought leadership, impact client growth, and support sales enablement.* Lead the creation and execution of integrated go-to-market plans, including demand generation, event marketing, and digital campaigns.* Lead the planning and execution of major Information Governance product launches. Develop and coordinate comprehensive launch strategies that align marketing, sales, and service delivery teams; create supporting collateral and campaigns; and ensure successful market adoption and client engagement.* Partner with Sales, business stakeholders, and the Microsoft partnership team to develop targeted campaigns and sales enablement tools, ensuring messaging aligns with campaign goals, target markets, personas, and use cases.* Produce content that translates technical concepts into compelling collateral, web content, sales presentations, infographics, webinars, email campaigns, and social media.* Collaborate with the Events team to design and deliver a series of AI workshops in collaboration with Microsoft and other partners.* Manage submissions for industry awards, including Microsoft Compliance Partner of the Year, and coordinate related PR and content strategies.* Create and execute integrated marketing campaigns that span digital, events, and thought leadership channels.* Work closely with the IG leadership team to evaluate current information governance sales results, identify high-potential cross-selling opportunities for IG solutions, and develop collateral and campaign motions that enable marketing, sales, and service delivery teams to partner effectively and increase client penetration.* Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, client needs, and competitive landscape, enabling informed decision-making and strategy refinement.* Set KPIs, monitor and evaluate results, and report on ROI metrics.**Education*** Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.**Experience Required*** 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth.* Experience in marketing Microsoft products, especially Microsoft Purview, is preferred.* Comfortable working in a remote environment with a dispersed team.**Skills*** Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; able to present complex concepts to a variety of audiences through multiple channels.* Strong interpersonal skills; able to build relationships across the business and influence decision-making.* Results-oriented, striving for quantifiable results that help the business succeed, with willingness to shift plans to meet and align to goals.* Self-motivated with excellent multitasking capabilities, strong project management and prioritization skills, and the ability to make independent decisions.* Creative and innovative, regularly sharing ideas and best practices, and looking for ways to improve on current marketing efforts.* Working knowledge of Salesforce or comparable software.* Proficiency in Microsoft Office: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:* **Location-based market rate** for the role* **Your abilities** in relation to the job specification* **Performance** during screening and interview* **Pay parity** with the wider team in the considered locationFurther details about the package will be provided during the initial screening call with the Talent Acquisition Team.Click
