Associate Premier Property Manager - Fixed Term

Monday- Friday, 40 hours per week, (Hybrid working after settling in period) Location:

£38,000-£40,000 + Commission Contract:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Property Manager to join our established Premier Management Team at an associate level. The ideal candidate will have approximately 5 years’ experience in property management and will be dealing with a high value property portfolio. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic, who takes pride in delivering exceptional service at all times; most importantly of all, you must enjoy a fast-paced, challenging environment and working with people.
Main duties
Develop and maintain excellent landlord and tenant relationships
Work with landlords and tenants to resolve queries, questions and concerns
Maintain effective communications with all stakeholders fostering a sense of confidence
Organising ongoing maintenance and emergency repairs with both landlords and tenants
Liaising with contractors to order and schedule maintenance or remedial works
Processing rental income and providing statement of accounts
Routine property inspections, documenting, communicating and addressing any observations
Handling deposit dilapidations at the end of the tenancy
Ensuring compliance in terms of EICR, Gas and other certifications
Experience and Skills
Senior or associate level property manager with at least 5 years experience in the industry.
Significant experience of managing high-value properties.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills
Meticulous record-keeping and attention to detail
Strong knowledge of industry standards and legislation and compliance
Experience of handling refurbishment projects a distinct advantage
Person Specification The ideal candidate will be an experienced and professional property manager focused on delivering the best possible service to our landlords and tenants. They should be comfortable mentoring and coaching team members and should be approachable, personable and patient. For this associate-level position, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong work ethic, lead by example, and be a true ambassador for the Chestertons brand.
