Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work well in a team environment Willingness to learn and take initiative Interest in marketing, communications, or sales Reliable, professional, and goal‑oriented No prior experience required. Paid training is provided. Compensation & Benefits
Full‑time position (40 hours per week) Guaranteed base pay plus performance‑based bonuses and incentives Estimated annual earnings range: $35,000–$65,000, based on base pay plus bonuses and incentives Fully paid training and ongoing professional development Team‑building events and company outings Supportive and growth‑oriented work environment Travel opportunities may be available (not required) Actual earnings vary based on performance, tenure, and role.
