Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member – Full Time in Crescent City, CA Compensation:
$17.00 - $20.00 per hour Responsibilities
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options. Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and listening Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams People-oriented Self-motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving Able to learn computer functions Ability to work in a team environment Ability to multi-task Ability to make presentations to potential customers Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain) Agent status and licensing
