Plan and manage all aspects of small to medium single-discipline projects or large, routine projects Independently coordinate work of professional staff and balance the team throughout the entire project’s development In conjunction with others, perform activities to support Real Property projects, such as property assessments, risk analysis, acquisition of needed rights, occupant relocation, property management, construction coordination, and utility relocation/coordination Prioritize work and perform activities at a high level Work closely with a team, confidently with clients, property owners and occupants Communicate and document effectively Establish client relations, and be involved with marketing, contractual, design and production meetings Participate in reviews with various governing agencies for compliance Conduct work sessions for design development and contract documents in conjunction with other staff Coordinate workload through entire project development, and ensure completion of documents on schedule Track financial aspects of projects, and coordinate and adjust work effort with team to ensure that work is completed within parameters of agreed-to schedule Work with Business/Accounting Manager or Project Controller and Department Manager for project reviews and with company management as needed Implement QA/QC procedures Perform other duties as needed Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications Successful project leadership experience Strong leadership, planning, mentoring skills, and staff management experience Required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in related field 7 years related experience A minimum of 2 years project management experience Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must What We Believe & Our Commitment
