Overview
Dual-Site Leasing Consultant (Experienced) We are seeking an experienced Leasing Consultant to support two apartment communities as a Dual-Site Leasing Consultant. This role is ideal for a leasing professional who consistently meets leasing goals, delivers strong customer service, and is looking for long-term career growth with a stable, nationally recognized property management company. This position follows a Monday–Friday schedule with alternating Saturdays as needed based on occupancy. $16–$18/hour (based on experience) plus up to $100 per lease $45/month medical insurance through Blue Cross Free dental and basic life insurance Employees are eligible for 20% off rent at any Monarch community, terms and conditions apply Vision and voluntary insurance options Paid holidays and Paid Time Off 401(k) with up to 3% company match Annual performance-based raises up to 5% Tuition reimbursement and paid professional training Free annual skiing at Monarch Mountain Employee discounts with Verizon, Expedia, Office Depot, and more Communities

Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet or exceed leasing goals Conduct professional tours and follow up with prospects Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately Maintain model units, show-ready apartments, and overall curb appeal Support property marketing and outreach efforts Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives Provide leasing coverage across two communities as needed Qualifications
Prior multifamily leasing experience required Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills Experience with property management software (YARDI preferred) Professional communication and customer service skills Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Pre-employment background and drug screening required
