Service Advisor
to join our busy automotive service department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dealership service operations and a proven ability to provide excellent customer service while driving service revenue. Experience in direct repair is a must, as you will be thoroughly explaining recommended services to customers and verifying best procedures with technicians.
Responsibilities
Greet customers promptly and professionally as they arrive
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Write clear and detailed repair orders
Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle needs
Communicate with technicians regarding diagnostics and repair progress
Keep customers informed on vehicle status and timelines
Review completed work with customers and explain charges
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Bring your best positive attitude with you everyday
Follow dealership policies and procedures
Maintain accurate records in the DMS system
Maintain timely paperwork processing
Great organizational skills
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
Valid driver's license
Minimum [1] years of experience as a Service Advisor (dealership preferred)
Ability to read and speak English (required)
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance services
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience with dealership DMS systems, Reynolds & Reynolds, a plus
