The Product Marketing Manager (PMM) plays a critical role in shaping how the organization’s health plan solutions show up in the market across Medicaid, Medicare, Individual & Family, and Commercial segments. This role translates complex benefits, regulatory requirements, and product features into clear, compelling value propositions that support growth, retention, and member engagement. The PMM serves as a strategic bridge between Product, Sales, Clinical, Network, Operations, and Compliance teams, leading go‑to‑market planning, competitive positioning, and cross‑functional alignment to ensure products meet the needs of diverse member populations. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Accountabilities

Lead end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategy for new product offerings, benefit changes, annual cycle updates, and market expansions. Develop segment‑specific positioning, messaging frameworks, and value articulation grounded in consumer insights and regulatory expectations. Ensure product marketing content adheres to CMS, state Medicaid agencies, DOI, and ACA guidelines. Partner with Compliance to streamline review processes and ensure accurate benefit and product claims. Lead competitive analysis across government and commercial lines; translate findings into differentiators and strategic opportunities. Monitor regulatory developments that impact product strategy and marketing approaches. Develop sales and broker enablement materials such as product playbooks, benefit grids, comparison tools, FAQs, and objection‑handling guides. Train brokers, provider representatives, sales teams, and community partners to ensure consistent and accurate product messaging. Support enrollment events, community outreach activities, and employer presentations with updated product positioning. Serve as a strategic liaison across Sales, Product, Actuarial, Compliance, Networks, Clinical, Marketing, and Member Experience. Ensure product messaging is aligned across marketing channels and consistently reflected in campaigns. Provide ongoing communication and clarity around product updates, benefit changes, and enhancements. Adapt messaging for diverse audiences across Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, Individual & Family, and Commercial segments. Ensure messaging addresses customer needs including provider access, cost transparency, digital tools, preventive care, and care coordination. Define KPIs for launch performance and product impact; use data to refine product narratives and identify optimization opportunities. Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of work experience beyond degree. Advanced working knowledge and skill of professional field with ability to function as a subject matter expert for other staff. Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with brokers, provider partners, or community‑based organizations. Familiarity with sales enablement platforms and CRM systems. Background in health plan annual product cycles such as AEP, OEP, Medicaid redeterminations, and employer renewals. Experience supporting go‑to‑market efforts in government‑regulated health plan environments. Ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively. Strong strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to build partnerships and influence cross‑functional teams. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to interpret data, derive insights, and apply findings to strategy. Adaptability in managing diverse audiences and rapidly changing market needs. Skills and Abilities

This position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week. The full salary grade for this position is $88,800 - $152,300. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $88,800 - $133,245. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data. In addition to base compensation, this position may be eligible for incentive plan compensation in addition to base salary.
