Brick, Inc. is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support customers using the BrickAI platform. This is a full-time, remote role, with 10–15 business days of in-person training in Minneapolis, MN to ensure deep product understanding and team alignment. This role is not a traditional call-center position. You will work directly with customers using a live SaaS product, helping them onboard, troubleshoot issues, and get the most value out of BrickAI—while providing feedback that directly informs product improvements. What You'll Do

Serve as the first point of contact for BrickAI customers via email, chat, and scheduled calls Assist customers with onboarding, platform navigation, and campaign setup Resolve customer questions and issues efficiently and professionally Identify patterns in customer feedback, recurring issues, and feature requests Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to improve customer experience and service quality Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions Help document support processes, FAQs, and best practices as the platform evolves Qualifications

Customer Service or Customer Support experience Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills Ability to explain technical or product-related concepts clearly and simply A customer-first mindset with a focus on satisfaction and outcomes Comfort working with software platforms and digital tools Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team Experience with CRM tools is a plus Experience with SaaS, marketing platforms, or digital advertising is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications are a bonus Training

Hourly pay range:
