Overview

Client First Center employees serve as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple service channels, including phone, email, social media, and online chat. This role focuses on delivering a positive, professional customer experience while meeting or exceeding service expectations. Team members assist with product inquiries, account transactions, and issue resolution, while identifying sales opportunities and ensuring accurate, efficient service. Essential Functions & Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries related to banking products and services via incoming phone calls and digital channels (email, social media, online chat). Present a positive, professional image while delivering high-quality customer service. Identify sales opportunities and refer clients to appropriate sales associates. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, policies, and procedures. Resolve customer inquiries or issues related to loan products. Research accounts and utilize support tools and resources to resolve customer concerns. Perform customer account transactions and maintenance accurately. Strive for first-contact resolution of inquiries, transactions, and issues. Escalate requests requiring additional expertise in accordance with department guidelines. Minimum Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service. Preferred Knowledge & Skills

One or more years of experience in a high-volume service or call center environment. Working knowledge of database software or customer information systems (e.g., Jack Henry Silverlake or similar platforms). Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Level of Complexity & Scope

Entry-level position within a customer service center environment.
