Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Employment Based Immigration Paralegal located in San Jose, CA. The paralegal will be responsible for assisting attorneys in preparing and filing employment-based immigration petitions, managing client communications, and coordinating with clients for document collection. Additional day-to-day tasks include preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, and maintaining accurate records of client cases.
Qualifications
Knowledge and experience in Immigration Law and Visas
Expertise in Legal Document Preparation and Immigration Issues
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
Previous experience in an immigration law firm or legal setting is a plus
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification in related field
