TRAINING & SUPPORT
Hands-on training with a senior agent
Ongoing coaching and mentorship
Training focused on teaching agents how to generate and grow their ownbusiness
Leadership opportunities filled from within
INCOME POTENTIAL
Some agents earn six figures in year one
Average first-year income: ~$90,000
Many agents' double income in year two
(Commission-only; no salary or hourly pay)
