
Position Overview
Evangelical Child and Family Agency (ECFA) is seeking a motivated and mission-minded Part-Time Adoption Recruiter to help expand awareness and identify families interested in adopting through the child welfare system. This is a flexible role requiring strong communication skills, initiative, and a passion for connecting with churches and ministry groups.
Key Responsibilities
Initiate outreach to churches and faith-based organizations
Schedule presentations with churches, small groups, and ministry teams
Track and maintain recruitment-related statistics and activities
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently
Reliable transportation with the ability to travel to multiple locations and access various buildings
> Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field
Experience in Adoption or Child Welfare preferred
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Agreement with ECFA’s Christian mission and values, including:
Signing ECFA’s Statement of Faith
Supporting ECFA’s Mission, Vision, and Core Values
Active participation in an evangelical Christian church
