Provide excellent customer service to our valued and honored guests. Utilize Property Management System to access guest information and retrieve reservation details. Receive requests and process reservations within established guidelines. Receive and be accountable for fund changes. Prepare close bank reports and deposits cash receipts at the end of each shift in accordance with established procedures. Perform a variety of administrative tasks: Print various reports Run various reports Answer phones Log and respond to guest inquiries Qualifications
One (1) year of general office clerical experience demonstrating the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily. One (1) year progressively responsible experience related to the position to be filled. Substitution of education for experience: Study completed in college, university, or junior college above high school level may be substituted on the basis of one-half academic year of study for 6 months of experience. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check. Be available to work a variety of hours, which may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays.
