to join our team in Pittsburgh. This is a high-growth opportunity for someone eager to learn the business, develop technical and communication skills, and build a career that makes a real impact. We restore homes, buildings, and businesses after fires, floods, and storms, and our Estimators are a key part of that mission. What You’ll Do:
Learn to scope and estimate property damage due to fire, water, storm, and other disasters Work closely with Project Managers, clients, and insurance adjusters Perform site inspections, document damages, and use industry software to build detailed estimates Communicate professionally with clients to explain scope, timing, and next steps Manage jobs from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and client satisfaction What We’re Looking For:
College graduate with a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent work ethic) Strong attention to detail and excellent written/verbal communication skills Eagerness to learn the industry and grow professionally Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize under pressure Willingness to be on job sites, work with field crews, and be client-facing Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required What We Offer:
