Leasing Professional
to join our onsite team. This role is ideal for a customer-focused leasing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about sales, service, and resident satisfaction.

0–4 years: 120 hours annually
5+ years: 160 hours annually

Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required
Minimum 1 year of leasing experience in multifamily housing required
Strong sales, customer service, and closing skills
Professional appearance and demeanor
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Experience with Entrata preferred
Social media familiarity (Facebook, Instagram) a plus
Ability to walk the community daily, climb stairs, and lift up to 25 lbs
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team-focusedMust be available to work Saturdays
Key Responsibilities
Lease apartment homes and conduct property tours
Convert leads into signed leases through strong follow-up and sales techniques
Prepare lease documents and collect depositsMaintain accurate resident and leasing files
Ensure model apartments are clean, staged, and tour-ready
Respond to resident questions and service requests professionally
Assist with marketing outreach and local business partnerships
Comply with Fair Housing, OSHA, and EPA regulations
Represent the community and company with professionalism at all times
