Description Lynch GM Superstore has an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Parts Counterperson! We are seeking an individual skilled in customer service, and one who possesses a general knowledge of vehicle parts. Must come with a positive attitude and willingness to hustle!

Requirements

Experience preferred, but not required

Valid driver's license

Candidates must be 18

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills

Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic

Must be dedicated to arriving on time with a positive attitude

Ability to work as a part of a team

Responsibilities

Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish

Work with Parts Manager to locate any parts not in stock

Complete special-order parts requests for customers and service personnel

Communicate with customer on parts order status

Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner

Follow all company safety policies and procedures
