This is a contract-to-hire position based out of Louisville, KY. Shift requirements: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–6:00pm. Location: Onsite in Louisville, KY. Pay: $20.00/hr. Responsibilities
Manage all aspects of customer service including answering inquiries via phone and e-mail, taking orders, and follow-up services. Address customer questions and concerns; may require research to troubleshoot problems. Handle requests from internal or external customers with varying levels of complexity. Qualifications
No degree required; customer service experience is highly preferable; retail/healthcare experience is desired. Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills. Skills
