Key Responsibilities:

Engage directly with customers to provide quality customer service and support.

Stay current on client products, services, and industry updates.

Build and maintain positive customer relationships.

Assist in generating new customer leads and supporting sales initiatives.

Represent client brands professionally within a retail or customer-facing environment.

Communicate with existing and potential customers to support new business growth (face-to-face).

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.

Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurant industry, bartending, military, or brand representation is a plus (not required).

Reliable form of transportation; this is a fully in-person position.

Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
