
Job Description
We are looking for an innovative, organized, and creative person to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will engage with targeted online communities and users to promote our brand, deliver exceptional customer care, and expand our audience reach. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content through graphic design, photography, and videography, with the flexibility to travel to customer sites as needed. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a consistent and impactful presence across all social media platforms while promptly and professionally addressing any customer feedback, complaints, or concerns shared online. The ideal candidate will have worked either in a PR or creative agency with B2B and B2C experience.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Content creation: Develop and curate engaging content for social media platforms. Plan and schedule posts to ensure a consistent online presence.
· Audience engagement: Engage with the audience, respond to feedback, and initiate conversations
· Reputation monitoring: Monitor the brand's reputation and customer reviews and ratings
· Analytics and reporting: Monitor social media metrics, analyze performance, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns. Additionally, track event attendance
· Influencer relationships: Identify and build relationships with influencers in the industry to expand reach
· Social Media Campaigns: Partner with the Marketing Director to create and execute strategic campaigns that span multiple verticals
· Customer service: Manage customer service inquiries
· Event planning: Collaborate with the Marketing Director for planning events to build community and boost brand awareness
· Brand awareness: Understanding of the brand’s voice, values, and mission to ensure consistent messaging.
· Collaborate with other departments to manage company reputation, coordinate promotions, and increase reach
· Travel as needed across New England and the US to capture high-quality photographs and videos for social media campaigns
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or related field
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple tasks independently
- A passion for photography and visual storytelling is highly desirable
- Ability to work with desktop editing software such as Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop
- Strong written communication skills are essential for being able to communicate the brand's values and respond to feedback clearly
- Strong familiarity with business applications on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, LinkedIn, Scheduling Tools, etc.)
- 2+ years' experience in digital marketing and social media
