Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of two of our apartment complexes located in Salt Lake City, Utah. In this role, you will ensure that all tenants receive timely and high-quality service. You'll collaborate closely with the Regional Compliance Manager, Regional Property Manager, and other departments including maintenance and accounting.

What You Will Do:
Maintain the low-income housing program (Section 8) on the sites.
Timely completion of all recertifications.
Maintaining detailed and accurate resident files.
Creating and distributing monthly resident newsletters.
Preparing and submitting monthly property reports.
Ensuring compliance with program guidelines and regulations.
Maintaining and updating applicant waiting lists per program requirements.
Screening potential residents and verifying eligibility.
Completing all management and program forms with accuracy and timeliness.
Gathering necessary verification for HUD documentation.
Coordinating life skills training and assisting with audit preparations.
Additional duties may be assigned as required by business needs.
What You Will Bring:
Diploma, GED or equivalent
Experience in property management or housing management operations is beneficial
Excellent attendance and reliability.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in basic math.
Ability to follow instructions and apply problem-solving skills in standardized situations.
Valid Driver's License (may also need to obtain Utah Real Estate License.)
