Fury Motors has been family-owned since 1963 and continues to grow by focusing on great people, strong processes, and exceptional customer service. Our Stillwater dealership is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Parts Counterperson to support our technicians, service team, and customers.
About the Role The Parts Counterperson supports technicians and retail customers by locating, ordering, and distributing parts accurately and efficiently. This role plays a key part in keeping service operations running smoothly by ensuring parts availability, inventory accuracy, and timely communication.
What You'll Do
Assist technicians with identifying and sourcing required parts
Look up parts using electronic catalogs, diagrams, and DMS systems
Create accurate repair order parts lines and pricing
Process parts invoices, returns, and warranty-related transactions
Handle retail and wholesale customer parts orders
Monitor backorders and communicate status updates
Maintain proper stocking, binning, and inventory organization
Assist with daily and cycle inventory counts
Coordinate with Service Advisors on parts availability for scheduled repairs
Help maintain clean, organized parts storage and counter areas
Additional Responsibilities
Support shipping and receiving as needed
Assist with organizing parts storage and warehouse areas
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of automotive parts experience preferred
Knowledge of automotive parts and systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Customer-focused mindset with good communication skills
Comfort using DMS and electronic parts catalogs
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
Indoor parts department with counter and stockroom interaction
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs
Standing, bending, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
Schedule Full-time position. Saturday rotation required based on dealership needs.
