Incentives may be available for their Sales activities, which can cover aftermarket automotive replacement parts, and may include the sale of heavy-duty parts, auto and industrial paint, and body shop supplies and equipment. Will serve as mentor and provide direction to new and/or junior Counter Salesperson and/or Delivery Driver. Utilizes reasoning abilities to assist with complex requests from customers. May complete end-or-day or end-or-month reporting, as assigned. May be a Leader in Training while serving in a temporary supervisory capacity, as assigned.
