Faith Formation & Discipleship Pastor

A local church in San Antonio is seeking a passionate Pastor of Faith Formation to lead discipleship and education for all ages in church programs. Responsibilities include developing faith formation activities, training volunteers, engaging with congregants, and promoting church events. The ideal candidate will have experience in Christian education, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, and a background as a United Methodist Deacon.
