The duties would include, but are not limited to: General cleaning and light housekeeping (replacing light bulbs, flushing toilets, taking out food items, receiving packages from the Front Desk). Screening, sourcing, and coordinating with contractors for necessary repair works. Taking the vehicle for oil changes and car washes. Other tasks as required by the unit owner.
