How We LEAD:

Merchandise and ecommerce are part of the fabric of music culture. For artists, it’s a way to develop and further articulate their brand. For fans, it’s a pathway to connecting more deeply with the artists and the culture they represent.

The Insights & Strategy team  sits at the center of this work. We transform data into direction, build the frameworks and tools that guide decision-making, and raise the strategic bar for direct-to-consumer businesses.

This role supports one of the most important, complex, and fast-moving businesses in our portfolio. The Senior Analyst is deeply embedded with a high-impact account and is responsible for delivering accurate, timely, and actionable insights that inform high-visibility, high-stakes decisions—while also helping set best-in-class standards that can scale across the broader organization.

How You’ll CREATE:

Own Analytics & Insights for a High-Impact Business

  • Serve as the primary analytics and insights lead for a key business or account.

  • Own ongoing reporting, performance analysis, and insight delivery across ecommerce, merchandising, marketing, and related initiatives.

  • Develop a deep understanding of the business, priorities, operating rhythms, and decision-making context.

Translate Ambiguity into Clear Direction

  • Turn fast-moving, open-ended business questions into structured analyses grounded in data and business understanding.

  • Model uncertainty and explore scenarios in areas where historical comparisons may be limited or nonexistent.

  • Analyze why initiatives succeed or fall short, producing learnings that inform both near-term decisions and longer-term strategy.

Set and Raise the Bar for Core Analysis & Business Intelligence

  • Deliver clear, accurate, and compelling dashboards, analyses, and presentations for a wide range of stakeholders, including creative teams, business leads, and operational partners.

  • Help develop, refine, and evolve analytical frameworks, reporting standards, and tools that can serve as best-in-class models for broader use.

  • Balance speed and rigor—knowing when rapid directional insight is required and when deeper validation is necessary.

Communication & Collaboration

  • Work closely with creative, marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure insights are relevant, understood, and actionable.

  • Act as a trusted thought partner to stakeholders, helping frame questions, clarify tradeoffs, and interpret implications.

  • Collaborate with data engineering and platform teams to improve data quality, definitions, and workflows that support analytical needs.
