How we LEAD:
- The Digital Marketing Coordinator will s upport the digital marketing team by assisting with administrative tasks, compiling agendas and marketing presentations, managing label social media and website, and supporting fan engagement initiatives for MCA’s full roster of artists.
How you’ll CREATE:
- Support members of the digital marketing team which includes SVP, digital project managers and Sr. Director, Digital Strategy.
- Facilitate payment of vendors, request legal contracts, and track status of the aforementioned.
- Manage scheduling, agendas and administrative coordination for the digital team.
- Track monthly social media growth and assist in regular internal and external reporting.
- Maintain label and artist websites with new releases, videos, and updated information.
- Assist in creation and management of digital activations such as sweepstakes, microsites and fan engagement campaigns.
- Manage label social media platforms, including creation of content calendars, overseeing content creation, writing copy, and posting on social platforms.
- Assist in creating digital marketing presentations across the roster.
- Capture content at live events for label and artist socials as needed.
- Assessing artist web presence on a weekly basis for platform optimizations including fixing any broken links or bugs that prevent fan engagement.
- Perform additional duties as required.

- Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Photoshop
- Must have a vast knowledge of social media, data analytics platforms & trends in the social media and pop culture spaces that would be relevant to label artists.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, artist management, label, PR, or marketing agency; music industry is a plus.
- Understanding of music streaming and promotion.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or equivalent work history is preferred.
- Creative thinker with ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
