Cyber Inside Sales Associate

Cywall is hiring a results-driven Cybersecurity Lead Generation Manager / Business Development Manager (BDM) to own outbound pipeline generation. This role is responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers across multiple channelsprimarily LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, email campaigns, and targeted account/vertical prospecting. You will engage security and technology stakeholders (CISO, CIO, IT Director, Security/Risk leaders) and book qualified meetings for senior sales and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end outbound lead generation for Cywall's cybersecurity services. Source and engage prospects via: LinkedIn Sales Navigator and direct outreach Cold calling and voicemail campaigns Personalized outbound email sequences Account-based and vertical-focused prospecting Identify and qualify opportunities across offerings such as: Managed Security Services (MDR, EDR, SOC) Incident Response & Ransomware Recovery Vulnerability Management and Risk Assessments Security Advisory and Consulting Services Research target accounts, industries, and buyer personas. Conduct initial discovery calls to understand security posture, current tools/vendors, business drivers/pain points, budget, and timeline. Schedule qualified meetings for senior sales or technical leadership. Maintain accurate CRM activity (leads, notes, follow-ups, pipeline status). Collaborate with marketing and leadership on messaging, campaigns, and targeting. Continuously optimize scripts, email templates, sequencing, and outreach strategy. Required Qualifications

37+ years of experience in cybersecurity sales, business development, SDR/BDR, or lead generation. Proven experience generating pipeline via outbound channels (LinkedIn, email, phone). Working knowledge of cybersecurity services and terminology (e.g., MDR/SOC, EDR/XDR, incident response, vulnerability management, cloud/network security). Comfortable engaging senior technical and executive stakeholders (CISO/CIO/IT Director). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, self-motivated, and metrics-driven. Experience using a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar). Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling cybersecurity services to mid-market and enterprise customers. Familiarity with regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, government). Existing network of security buyers and influencers. Experience in a services-led or MSSP environment. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
