
Field Sales Representative
The Field Sales Representative is responsible for the development and implementation of sales efforts for the oilfield services market. This position plans and manages all sales efforts in accordance with established goals set by the Operations Manager. Role Priorities / Responsibilities: Identify and develop new customers for company products and services Gets Stallion on RFQ/RFP list(s) Develop and maintain rapport with existing and potential customer base Anticipate, understand, and manage all existing and developing customer needs Fosters a team effort with the Corporate Sales Staff Communicates opportunities internally and logs them into The Stable Comply with short-term and long-term sales goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures May assist management in the development of proposals Assist in the MSA/Credit/COI process Attend and participate in local company/industry sales and marketing events as required Adhere to individual expense (T&E) budget Able to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities Able to set individual goals and drive to achieve them Able to foster and adhere to cohesiveness and coordination between Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations Able to follow the company's expense and reimbursement policy Able to uphold the highest standards in Stallion brand compliance Working knowledge of contracting and negotiating Able to understand and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations Able to initiate, develop and maintain successful customer relations efforts Excellent and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Essential Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Able to identify, qualify and close sales opportunities Able to set individual goals and drive to achieve them Able to foster and adhere to cohesiveness and coordination between Corporate Sales, Field Sales, and Operations Able to follow the company's expense and reimbursement policy Able to uphold the highest standards in Stallion brand compliance Working knowledge of contracting and negotiating Able to understand and structure sales quota goals and revenue expectations Able to initiate, develop and maintain successful customer relations efforts Excellent and professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint Education or Certification required (if applicable): Sales training certification or Bachelor's degree a plus 2-8 years of sales experience in related industry Job Identification 1235 Locations 297 Beautys Run Rd, Williamsport, PA, 17703, US
