Digital Sales Inbound Senior Associate

Come join US Sales supporting the Inbound Mass Market Team. We support our customers by providing a consultative sales experience around how to start, protect, manage and grow their small business. You will spend the majority of your time engaging with small businesses discussing their aspirations, uncovering needs and discovering problems you can help them solve with Intuit's offerings including Financial Management, Payroll, Bookeeping and Payments solutions. Our organization is focused on building customer confidence by providing Small Business expertise in every interaction. Our sellers are expected to understand how Small Businesses work, know the Intuit ecosystem of products, and tailor solutions to specific customer needs uncovered in the sales conversation. Across all of our channels and workgroups, Inside Sales is responsible for acquiring new users and growing our existing customers' usage of the Intuit ecosystem of products. Responsibilities Be available to speak with small business prospects calling into sales Gain a thorough understanding of the customer's small business operations, challenges and goals Recommend the right solutions based on need across the QB ecosystem and reinforce the value proposition Create an engaging and delightful experience resulting in new customer acquisition and/or ecosystem attach Consistently meet defined key performance productivity and sales metrics Qualifications 1+ years digital sales experience proving ability to engage with customers Pipeline management experienced in organizing future activities to move prospects through the sales cycle Strong computer skills demonstrating effective resource navigation and tool utilization Excellent written and verbal communication in a professional manner
