Toptracer Range Sales Representative

Toptracer Range is a camera-based ball-tracking technology and gaming platform that transforms the driving range experience for consumers and driving range and golf facility operators. The candidate will be responsible for Toptracer Range sales in the standalone range and public/private golf course market for the TX, OK, AR, LA regions. The ideal candidate will build trusting relationships with customers, showcasing the Toptracer Range offering in a compelling way to drive awareness and qualified interest. Job Responsibilities

Sales Representation: Represent Toptracer Range products and services with a deep and comprehensive understanding, identifying how Toptracer Range solutions meet the needs of the customer and consumer. (30%)

Client Management: Secure and onboard new clients, manage existing clients, upsell and service them, and renew contracts at the end of their terms. (20%)

Cross-Department Collaboration: Regularly communicate with various departments at Toptracer, including finance, product, TRMS, marketing, operations, and support, to provide feedback and insights from the field. (15%)

Sales Targets: Meet quarterly sales targets through the successful implementation of the sales process. (15%)

CRM Management: Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage prospect lists, track detailed activity, and accurately report on each individual prospect's sales status through the identified sales stages. (5%)

Lead Generation: Generate leads by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on potential customers in the private club and resort sector. (15%)

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Bachelor's Degree or (3 - 5 years) experience

5+ years in Golf Industry Related Sales

3+ years in Private Club Sales

5+ years in Prospecting

5+ years in Prospect Qualifying

2+ years in Salesforce CRM Management

3+ years in Negotiation

3+ years in Navigating decision maker

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented

Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new prospects daily

Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently

Independent and Entrepreneurial in nature

Ability to navigate change and be adaptable

Travel required
