The Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing customer's needs and ensuring the satisfaction of Rogge's customer base, located out in isolated areas of Alaska. To ensure all customer needs are handled with time-sensitive restraints, Customer Service Representatives are responsible for processing orders, scheduling order deliveries via third party freight companies, handling complaints, providing information about products and services, and assisting outside salespersons. Essential Responsibilities Include, but Not Limited To: Provides excellent customer service via email, with occasional phone calls Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures Provides timely feedback to the company regarding service failures or customer concerns Partners with the Rogge sales team to meet and exceed customer's expectations Maintain effective professional relationships with customers via email communication Develops and maintains effective professional relationships with fellow employees in a small team Qualifications
At least 1+ years working in food service, grocery, or similar fields. Must have excellent time management skills. Must be able to handle high level of email communication. Must have high attention to detail. Intermediate skills with MS Office, particularly Outlook and Excel. Ability to work flexible hours and days as required by varying work load. Ten key memorized by touch. Ability to multi-task while recording accurate information Preferred Skills and Experience: Bilingual in Spanish or Tagalog Knowledge about food service products from previous positions Previous experience working with AS400 Additional Information
