
Senior Account Executive
Location: United States (Boston or nearby preferred, hybrid/remote within US) About Hunch: Hunch is a paid social creative automation platform helping performance marketers automate, personalise, and scale high-impact creative across Meta, TikTok, Snap, and more. We work with leading agencies and brands in e-commerce, travel, retail, and entertainment to turn product, audience, and real-time data into better performing creative at scale. Hunch sits at the intersection of creative automation, paid social media performance, and AI and is increasingly replacing legacy manual workflows used by agencies and in-house growth teams. Who you are: Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, ideally within AdTech, paid social, or digital marketing platforms Deep curiosity and ambition to help marketers solve real business problems and drive measurable impact, efficiency, and performance Ability to quickly master complex products and ecosystems, and sell effectively from C-suite executives to hands-on practitioners Passion for how great creative drives paid media performance Solid grasp of digital creative and media workflows, from production through delivery Executive-level communication skills with the ability to engage and influence senior decision-makers Existing relationships in key verticals such as e-commerce, retail, entertainment, gaming, automotive, and travel Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota Willingness to travel for customer meetings, industry events, and conferences Role Overview: As a Senior Account Executive (US), you will own complex, mid-market to enterprise sales cycles across US accounts, selling directly to brands and performance agencies. This is a consultative, value-driven sale. Youll be expected to: Navigate multi-stakeholder deals Sell into paid social, growth, creative, and data teams Close ACVs typically in the $50k-$200k+ range Work closely with Sales Engineering, Partnerships, and Customer Success to land and expand strategic accounts. Key Responsibilities: Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, solutioning, pilot, close Run complex demos and POVs focused on incrementality, creative performance, and scale Use your deep expertise in e-commerce, travel, retail, and entertainment to personalize use cases Understand localization, creative testing, catalog-based advertising, DPA, creative fatigue, and media efficiency Maintain a 3-5x pipeline coverage Accurately forecast revenue and manage long-cycle enterprise deals Collaborate with RevOps and marketing on ABM and target account strategies Requirements: Experience: 3-5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience 2+ years selling paid social, adtech, or martech solutions Proven experience closing $50k+ ACV deals with agencies and/or brands Strong understanding of Meta, TikTok, Snap ecosystems Skills: Challenger / consultative selling mindset Excellent discovery and value articulation Comfortable selling technical products to C-suit Strong deal hygiene and CRM discipline
