Lead the company's financial accounting and reporting functions Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors on financial reporting and accounting matters. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Active CPA required. 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. Deep knowledge of GAAP and experience with complex accounting matters. Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and ERP system experience. Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor accounting teams. Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across business functions.
