Participate in Regional Partnership Council meetings and assist in strategic planning processes

Develop and sustain relationships with local officials to align early childhood system goals with local priorities
Represent the employer in regional coalitions and public forums to share data and resources
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in early education, social work, education, health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
Extensive knowledge of early childhood development and health issues
Management or leadership experience in public, private, or non-profit organizations
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and analytic skills
High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software and Google Workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Demonstrated ability to generate financial support and develop cross‑sector partnerships
Experience working effectively with a volunteer governing board and community volunteers
Creative, solution‑driven mindset with a detail‑oriented approach
Ability to travel, including overnight stays, for community engagement and partnership development
