We are conducting a confidential search on behalf of a growing, vertically integrated real estate private equity platform for a newly created
CRE Analyst/Senior Analyst
position.
This role offers direct exposure to portfolio-level decision-making, institutional reporting, and investment support & works closely with senior leadership.
Role Highlights:
Direct visibility & partnership with senior leadership and decision-makers
Hands‑on financial modeling and portfolio analytics
Exposure to fund‑level, asset‑level, and capital partner reporting
Ownership‑side role within an active, value‑oriented investment platform
Strong foundation for long‑term growth in real estate private equity
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain property‑level and fund‑level financial models, including cash flow projections and return analysis
Perform scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives
Present financial analyses and recommendations to senior leadership
Support portfolio oversight through asset management models and analytical reporting
Prepare investor, joint venture, and lender reporting
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
Strong Excel skills with experience building and maintaining financial models
Experience with Argus strongly preferred; exposure to BI or reporting tools a plus
