About the Role HC Solutions Group is partnering with an established architecture firm in Dallas, Texas to hire an Architectural Designer for a permanent, onsite position. This role supports commercial, higher education, and municipal projects and is ideal for a designer with strong Revit skills who enjoys working closely with project teams in a collaborative studio environment.

Responsibilities
Support architectural design and documentation efforts from concept through construction
Develop drawings, models, and construction documents using Revit
Assist with design development, coordination, and presentation materials
Collaborate with project architects and project managers to meet project goals and deadlines
Coordinate with consultants and internal disciplines as required
Apply basic building code knowledge under guidance of licensed architects
Participate in in-office collaboration with limited remote flexibility
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field required
Proficiency with Revit required
Strong background supporting architectural design and construction documentation
Exposure to commercial, higher education, or municipal projects preferred
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to work onsite in a collaborative studio environment
