YOUR IMPACT As an Account Manager – Technical Sales Support , you’ll be the trusted advisor for our customers and partners. You’ll: Build strong relationships with Energy Advantage Dealers and commercial/industrial clients. Promote natural gas and energy solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability. Identify growth opportunities and consult on new products and analyze and estimate cost of conversions. Deliver exceptional customer service while driving regional growth. Communicate and collaborate with internal and external customers for product and technical support. What You Need To Succeed High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred). 3–5 years technical experience in the gas industry. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Incident Response Assignment When emergencies occur—from storms to gas leaks—our team responds swiftly to protect public safety and maintain service continuity. As an Account Manager – Technical Sales Support, you may receive training for incident response and participate in mock drills to support rapid recovery.
