Responsibilities

Not Less than 10 Client Appointments per Week

Net New Client pipeline and forecasting

Document and Maintain CRM

Requirements Core Focus:

Grow revenue with Net New Clients. Establish a pipeline of customers across all FOT products and services. BDE will deliver new business and hand-off to Client Care Coordinators to manage the business relationship.

New Business Development and Delivery:

Generate leads, create activities for new client appointments and closed sales.

Consulting & Collaboration:

Acting as a consultant to client to educate, address pain points, and deliver solutions, using FOT prescribed products and services. Coordinate internal Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) to deliver solutions.

Sales Cycle Leadership (Lead to Order):

Handling quotes, proposals, walk-throughs, order presentation, and delivery

Customer Relationship Management (CRM):

Maintaining client communications, pipeline, and forecast using the CRM tool.
