$100,000–$150,000 base + bonus + profit sharing Our client, a top-performing, ENR-ranked General Contractor with a strong presence across Ohio, is continuing to grow their Cleveland operations and is hiring Superintendents and Senior Superintendents to support a diverse backlog of local commercial projects. This role offers the opportunity to join a well-established builder with long-term stability while playing a key role in the expansion of their Cleveland team. Depending on current backlog and business needs, projects may span healthcare, retail, office, light industrial, or other commercial sectors — the company values strong field leadership over narrow project-type experience. The Opportunity
You’ll be responsible for leading day-to-day field operations on active commercial projects, working closely with project management teams and trade partners to deliver safe, high-quality work. This is a high-trust environment with fully staffed project teams and clear paths for growth as the Cleveland office continues to expand. What’s in it for you
