Oregon State Credit Union is seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven
Real Estate Loan Processor II
to join our Mortgage Lending team. In this role, you will be a key player in ensuring accurate and timely processing of real estate and business loans, while delivering exceptional service to members and internal partners. What You Will Need To Be Successful Loan Processing & Compliance Skills:
Advanced knowledge of mortgage loan processing and servicing; ability to review and reconcile loan data, general ledger entries, and investor reports; strong understanding of applicable regulations, policies, and procedures. Member Service & Communication:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, active listening, educating, and providing tailored solutions; strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and professionalism. Technical & Problem?Solving Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and real estate software; strong organizational skills with attention to detail; ability to make sound decisions and manage multiple priorities. Experience & Education:
Minimum two years in real estate financial services required; one year as a processor or servicer preferred; experience with secondary market or external investors preferred; high school diploma or GED equivalent.
