Salesforce Developer Position Type:
Full Time Location:
Dallas, TX (Hybrid) Responsibilities Strong experience with Salesforce CRM including Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud. Knowledge of Data Cloud is a plus. Implementation skills using declarative programming. Expertise in Apex programming: Triggers, Test Classes, Batch Processes, LWC components, integration (Platform Events, Flows, User Security). Hands?on experience with Salesforce CPQ, including advanced approvals and price rules. Experience with Sales Cloud: Opportunity, Products, Service Contracts. Collaborate with Clients Technology Solution Architect, Salesforce Data Developer, and third?party implementation provider in an Agile sprint?based framework. Provide support, spot training/coaching on development processes, methodology, and Salesforce architecture to the Clients architects and developers. Assist in defining, developing, and implementing the Clients Salesforce strategy. Develop reusable Apex applications for internal and customer use. Knowledge of Lightning migration is desirable. Strong collaboration skills, working closely with offshore teams to manage dependencies and maintain alignment.
Qualifications
Significant technical and/or business process consulting experience. Extremely strong written and oral communication and presentation skills. 7+ years of Salesforce CRM industry experience. 5+ years of Salesforce declarative, custom Apex development, LWC, and SOQL experience. Expertise providing solution architecture on Sales and Service Cloud. Proven ability to design and optimize business processes and integrate across disparate systems. Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent education/experience.
