New England Donor Services (NEDS) coordinates organ and tissue donation in Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, the eastern counties of Vermont and Bermuda. We are one of the 55 Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs) that make up the nation’s donation system, serving nearly 15 million people with over 200 hospitals and approximately $140M in operating revenues. What You’ll Do

Design & Innovate: Create dynamic, interactive learning experiences utilizing technology such as AR, VR, and AI. Collaborate & Lead: Partner with leaders and subject matter experts to deliver training that drives competency and engagement. Manage & Optimize: Assist in overseeing learning plans, track progress, and ensure compliance through our Learning Management System (LMS). Stay Ahead: Explore new trends and technologies to keep our learning programs fresh, immersive, and effective.

Qualifications

A creative instructional designer with strong foundational knowledge of adult learning principles. Tech-savvy and comfortable with tools like Articulate 360, Microsoft Office suite, LMS platforms, and emerging technologies. Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment. Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, related field or equivalent clinical training or Organ Procurement Organization (OPO) experience.
