to lead one of the largest and most influential areas of our organization. This role supports roughly half of our associate population across corporate and commercial functions, with a

strong emphasis on our Commercial (Sales) organization , our largest and most dynamic client group. Acts as the

primary HR partner and point of contact for Sales leadership nationwide Supports enterprise functions including

Sales, Product, Technology, IT, Legal, and Transformation Plays a critical role in

organizational change, transformation initiatives, and M&A integration Influences leaders at the highest levels while building strong, trusted relationships across the business Leads and develops a high-performing HR Business Partner team What You’ll Do

Serve as the

Senior HR Business Partner leader

for large, complex functional areas, providing strategic counsel to executive and senior leadership Partner closely with Sales leaders, advising on: Variable compensation and incentive structures Performance management in sales-driven environments Sales leadership capability, effectiveness, and development Lead, coach, and empower a team of HR Business Partners to deliver exceptional outcomes Drive proactive associate relations and change management strategies in partnership with HR Centers of Excellence Collaborate across other COE's, including Compensation, Benefits, and Talent teams, to design and execute people solutions aligned to business priorities Lead talent, engagement, succession, organizational design, and workforce planning initiatives Ensure compliance with employment laws, audits, and regulatory requirements Foster a culture rooted in collaboration, accountability, and organizational values What We’re Looking For

Proven HR leadership experience supporting

sales-driven or commercial organizations Strong familiarity with

variable compensation models, incentive plans, and bonus structures Ability to coach leaders through growth, change, and transformation Experience operating in environments with

significant organizational change, transformation, or M&A

(strong plus) Comfortable influencing across multiple layers and functions in a large, matrixed organization Willingness to travel to support teams across major U.S. locations Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field 8–10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including people management Experience partnering with senior leaders and executive teams Sales or commercial environment experience strongly preferred Our Commitment to Inclusion
