Key Responsibilities Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services to customers. Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and implementing appropriate solutions. Document call details and customer interactions in our database accurately and efficiently. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any lingering issues or questions. Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings. Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. Proven experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to handle difficult situations delicately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. Proficient in using computer systems and call center software, with quick typing skills. What We Offer
