Answer incoming calls and assist guests with reservations, event bookings, and general inquiries Provide information on promotions, pricing, and attraction details Resolve guest concerns in a professional and efficient manner Accurately enter data and maintain guest records in our system Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth communication across departments Qualifications:
