Overview:

Join our team as a Member Service Representative, where you will have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with members while providing exceptional service at Everwise Credit Union. In this role, you will assist with a variety of financial transactions and help promote our diverse range of products and services through various virtual platforms. Key Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding member service that aligns with the high standards of Everwise Credit Union. Process financial transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account maintenance efficiently and accurately. Listen actively to identify member needs and recommend suitable financial products and services. Uphold strict confidentiality regarding member account details. Troubleshoot and resolve member concerns through thorough research and effective communication. Provide guidance to members on utilizing ITM features, online banking, and other digital tools. Achieve or surpass referral and sales targets through engaging conversations and timely follow-ups. Initiate and participate in outbound calls based on prospect lists and conduct regular follow-up with members. Engage in ongoing training and community events to enhance skills and support organizational growth. Understand and adhere to credit union policies and regulations to ensure compliance and security. Report any ITM technical issues to the appropriate team for timely resolution. Take on additional duties as needed to support the growth of Everwise Credit Union. Required Skills and Qualifications: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Effective problem-solving abilities with a focus on member satisfaction. Comfortable and professional presence when working on camera. Fundamental understanding of need-based selling strategies. Experience and proficiency in cash handling. Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment. Competent in using computer systems and Microsoft Office applications. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. Six months of experience in retail sales, cash handling, or customer service. Previous experience in a financial institution, call center, or related field is preferred. Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings. Ability to sit for extended periods while using a computer and headset. Compensation:
