CSR Compliance Specialist

to play a critical role in ensuring our education programs meet state and federal requirements while delivering a seamless experience for students, faculty, and partners.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment and enjoys being a trusted point of coordination across multiple programs.

Position Summary

The

CSR Compliance Specialist

is responsible for managing and maintaining all state and federal student registration and compliance documentation, including employer and Veterans Affairs paperwork. In addition to compliance oversight, this role provides essential administrative coordination for assigned education programs and serves as a key point of contact for students, prospective students, employers, and faculty.

Key Responsibilities Maintain and manage

state, federal, and employer registration documentation

for all students Ensure accurate and timely updates to

IECC, state, and federal databases Process and maintain

Veterans Affairs (VA) compliance paperwork Prepare professional correspondence and mailings for applicants and prospects Maintain organized and up-to-date applicant and student records Provide administrative support for

Apprenticeship programs , including:

Application processing Invoicing and payment follow-up Packet preparation and coordination

Serve as a

backup resource

for incoming calls-answering questions, routing messages, and delivering excellent customer service Support special projects such as mailings, events, database maintenance, and website updates Maintain daily appointment calendars for assigned staff and communicate scheduling changes Qualifications & Experience

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum of

two (2) years of administrative or office experience

Relevant college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute for experience on an equivalent basis

Valid motor vehicle license Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional

organizational skills

with very strong attention to detail Proven ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines Excellent

written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proficiency in

Windows OS and Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, and internet-based systems Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Physical Requirements

Ability to maintain balance and mobility while walking, standing, crouching, and using stairs Repetitive bending, reaching, and use of arms and hands Prolonged sitting, standing, speaking, and computer use Ability to lift and exert force up to

20 pounds Extended keyboarding and data entry Work Environment

Primarily

indoor, temperature-controlled

office environment Occasional local travel (approximately

5% ) may be required
